main product photo
Description

Berkley PowerBait Chop Block 25 cm [119 g] is a soft glide bait developed for pike fishing. The wide, high body imitates a range of natural prey fish and the bait can be fished both with a wide, slow gliding action and with a faster, tighter "chop" movement – allowing you to adapt the presentation to the conditions and provoke aggressive reaction strikes.

  • Soft glide bait with PowerBait® scent and flavour – the fish holds onto the bait longer
  • Versatile action: wide, slow glide or a faster and tighter chop movement
  • Innovative hook retention system that keeps the hooks in place
  • Set of nail weights included to fine-tune the sink rate
  • Rigged with one treble hook and one double hook, hook sizes 4/0 and 6/0
  • 25 cm, 119 g, slow sinking

Hook size (multi)

Hook size is denoted by a number. The higher the number, the smaller the hook. Size 30 is a tiny hook, 4 is significantly larger. If there’s a zero after, e.g., 2/0, it’s even bigger. The higher the number before the zero, the larger the hook. We have a range from the smallest hook, size 30, to our largest, 18/0.
