Affordable Fishing Reel

Choosing the right fishing reel is not always the simplest task. There are many different models, sizes, and types. In our range, you will find reels for all types of fishing, in various variants and price ranges. However, all our reels have one thing in common, they are extremely good value for money. Our fishing reels are selected to perform very well for their price. So, no matter which fishing reel you choose, it will definitely be a good choice!

Choosing the Right Fishing Reel

Spinning reels are the most common type of fishing reel and work well for the majority of all Swedish fishing. Spinning reels come in different sizes suited for different situations. A spinning reel in size 2500 is a very good all-round reel, but for heavier pike fishing, a size 4000 is better, and for mountain fishing, a size 1000 is usually the right choice. Multiplier reels and especially low-profile reels have become increasingly popular today and facilitate fishing with heavy lures but also have some other advantages. Our range also includes ice fishing reels, fly reels, etc. For younger children, an enclosed reel is a good option as it tangles very little.

Three Tips to Extend the Life of Your Fishing Reel:

  • Add a few drops of reel oil at regular intervals to protect the reel against dirt and to make it operate smoother.
  • Rinse the reel under the tap if you have been fishing in saltwater. This prevents salt deposits which can damage the reel.
  • Loosen the drag when you're not using the reel. If you store the reel with the drag tightly adjusted, you will wear out the drag unnecessarily.
