Savage Gear Tactical Monster Casting Rod

Savage Gear Tactical Monster are extremely powerful casting rods developed for fishing with really large and heavy lures for big pike. The series is based on reinforced, progressive blanks designed to handle massive casting weights, brutal strikes and hard hooksets – without compromising on control or feel.

The progressive action allows the rod to load stably during the cast and provides controlled lure presentation, before the enormous backbone takes over during hooking and fighting. Tactical Monster is developed for anglers who regularly fish with large swimbaits, glidebaits and other monster lures where the equipment must withstand maximum load.

The blanks are built from 30T High Modulus carbon and combined with stainless steel SeaGuide CCS guides with durable SiC rings for smooth line flow and high durability. All models are supplied in practical Ready-To-Fish rod bags and are ready for heavy use straight out of the packaging.
