Savage Gear Revenge SG2 Vertical are specially developed casting rods for vertical fishing where maximum sensitivity and direct contact with the lure are crucial. The ultra-sensitive blank combined with a reel seat directly integrated into the carbon construction provides unbeatable lure contact and clear bite registration.
The rods are extremely light yet powerful, with a strong progressive action that gives precise control over the jig right under the boat. The construction makes it easy to feel the slightest bottom contact and cautious bites, while the backbone ensures secure hooksets and safe playing of strong fish.
Built from 24+30T High Modulus Carbon and equipped with stainless steel SeaGuide CCS guides with durable SiN rings and Double Lock reel seats, the SG2 Vertical is perfect for modern vertical and pelagic fishing. The 14-35 g model targets perch and zander, while the 20-65 g model is suitable for zander and pike. All models are supplied in competition-ready Ready-To-Fish rod bags.
