Shadow Rap Shad should be twitch- or jerk-retrieved with spin stops; it then turns 180 degrees to the side with its head slightly upwards before slowly rising towards the surface, perfect when you want to cover defined areas. Jerk it and you get a longer side-to-side action with a tight vibrating motion when you want to stay in the bite zone in pursuit of fish.
