Okuma ITX Spinning reels are lightweight, strong, and responsive reels with the latest Okuma technology.
The reel is equipped with a C-40X Rotor, C-40X TCA Torsion Control Armor, and Cyclonic Flow Rotor, providing a perfectly balanced reel to be used with the lightest and most advanced rods available.
The TCA provides a torsionally rigid reel body that keeps all fine mechanical components in place even under heavy pressure from large and strong fish.
The ITX is equipped with Okuma's Cyclonic Flow Rotor. A lightweight rotor in C-40X carbon fiber that creates airflow when cranked, allowing the line and reel to dry faster and preventing corrosion.
Combined with a light line guide, a durable aluminum bail wire, and a lightweight rotor, the resistance during retrieval is reduced to a minimum level, and the responsiveness of the reel is maximized.
The ITX is available in several different sizes and gear ratios. From size 1000-2500 for fishing for perch, grayling, rainbow trout, and other, slightly smaller species. If targeting pike, zander, or large brown trout and salmon, sizes 3000-4000 are the right sizes for you.
