Mega Live 2 is updated with higher image stability, even clearer image and resolution, and improved fish and bait tracking. See fish and structure in real-time on the screen with even sharper image in MEGA Imaging quality.
Improvements
Hardware and software are optimized to provide increased range, better bait tracking, higher detail in structures, a sharper image, as well as higher image stability and improved noise handling.
New palettes
The color palettes are updated and more are added, choose the one that suits you best from 15 different themes.
Updated mount
The mount on Mega Live 2 is updated with finer adjustment options and an additional lock for increased stability. The transducer can be adjusted in Down, Forward, or Landscape modes and can be mounted on the trolling motor, TargetLock, or on a separate MEGA Mount bracket.
Target Boost
Target Boost is a new mode in Landscape mode designed to make it easier to see fish and bait in open water.
Possibility for multiple transducers
Now there is also the possibility to use two transducers simultaneously in the same network. The network supports two Mega Live 2 transducers, to display both simultaneously, two screens are required. A Mega Live 1 and a Mega Live 2 transducer can be displayed on the same screen in different views (not shared view).
Together with an external heading sensor (AS GPS HS N2K), you can mark waypoints at interesting locations directly in the view to easily find your way back.
The Mega Live 2 transducer connects directly to the network, either to a screen or to a network switch, no separate sonar module needs to be installed.
Mega Live 2 is compatible with SOLIX G3, XPLORE & APEX. Software version 5.001 or later must be installed.
