The Swedish brand FUBUKI has, since its founding in 2019, attracted a large following with its padded, colorful winter boots. Today, the company’s products can be seen on everyone from skiers and anglers to directors and polar researchers. Behind the brand are two close friends whose inspiration is said to come from what is still the winter fashion on the Japanese peninsula of Hokkaido – a place where the weather, to put it mildly, demands a lot from the locals’ attire.
