Scierra Salmon Integrated II flyt/sjunk 1 vit/ljusgreen/green
Scierra Salmon Integrated II flyt/sjunk 1 vit/ljusgreen/green
Description
The Integrated II series is a very good mix of the best sides of shooting heads and WF-lines. The heads are 11 to 12 meters long and tapered like true Scandinavian shooting heads, with the exception of a slightly longer rear taper. The WF qualities emerge through the fact that the coated running line is fused to the head and that the diameter of the same running line is thick enough to ensure optimal line control, both when casting and controlling the line in the water. The perfect line choice for stable conditions where Float or Float/Sink 1 is all you need. Welded loops in both ends. Laser printed indication.

The floating property of the fly line determines how the fly will be fished. An intermediate or sinking fly line sinks, pulling the fly down to the desired depth. A floating line, as the name suggests, floats on the water surface, keeping the fly in the upper water layer.

Line length
There are quite a few options for what length of line to choose. To make it a bit easier, here’s a short explanation.
0-50 meters: here you’ll find tippet material, backing, and fly lines.
100-200 meters: this is the average length a single fishing reel typically holds.
200-300 meters: here you’ll find spools of line for two reels.
300 meters and more: for when you need to fill multiple reels with line.
